Return Policy

    • Returns & Refunds - We do not accept returns or issue refunds to buyers who accidentally purchased the wrong products, product sizes, or product colors, and will not reimburse shipping costs for such items. We provide sizing charts and mockups for each applicable product to ensure customers purchase the correct sizes and products every time they order an item. We do offer refunds for damaged or misprinted products if the customer submits a claim within 30 days after the date the product has been received and can provide sufficient evidence that the item(s) were damaged before personal use.
    • Size Exchanges - Because we work with a third-party print-on-demand service, every product is created to the exact specifications of each customer. This means we do not keep an inventory of our items and do not accept size exchanges (unless our distributor is outside the specified margin of error for the product). We provide sizing charts to assist customers in selecting the correct size of each applicable item. Please keep in mind that our apparel items may vary by as much as 2" (5 cm).
    • Wrong Address - If the customer has provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third-party’s distribution facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with the buyer (if and as applicable).
    • Damaged/Misprinted Items - If the purchased item is damaged, misprinted, or has not shipped to the buyer within the estimated delivery date, we will work with our third-party distributor to make things right. Please contact us at merch@classicdmc.com if an item arrived with any defects or hasn’t made it to the correct shipping location within the estimated shipping time range specified on your product's order. Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the date the product has been received and must provide sufficient evidence that the item(s) were damaged before personal use.
    • Order Adjustments/Cancellation - Once our online store receives and processes a customer's order, the order is then accepted by our third-party fulfillment service which creates, then ships the desired item(s). If a customer would like to cancel or adjust their order, they must request this before our third-party service begins the fulfillment process. Expected fulfillment times vary and we cannot guarantee the cancellation of product(s).
