Shipping Policy

  • Shipping and Rates - Product shipping times and rates will vary depending on location, product type, size, weight, availability, quantity, carrier, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change.
  • Wrong Address - If the customer has provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third-party’s distribution facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with the buyer (if and as applicable).
  • Lost in Transit - If customers have not received their order within their country's estimated delivery date and have confirmed the provided address is correct, contact us at merch@classicdmc.com for assistance. If the shipping address is correct, there will be no additional charges or fees for orders lost in transit.
  • Returns - We do not accept returns or issue refunds to buyers who purchased the wrong product, product size, or product color, and do not reimburse shipping costs for such items. We do offer refunds for damaged or defective products if the customer submits a claim within 30 days after the date the product has been received and can provide sufficient evidence that the item(s) were damaged before personal use.
